Any losses arising from such violations shall be borne solely by you.

If, during the use of our products or services, you upload, publish, or distribute content containing copyrighted images without proper authorization from the copyright holder, you shall bear all legal liabilities arising from such copyright infringement, including but not limited to damages, litigation costs, and legal fees.Upon receiving a legitimate complaint from a copyright holder and verifying the relevant circumstances, the Company reserves the right to take necessary measures in accordance with the law, including removing infringing content, suspending relevant user privileges, or terminating user accounts, in order to prevent further infringement.The Company shall not bear liability for actions taken in this process. If your actions cause losses to the Company, including but not limited to legal fees or compensation payments incurred by the Company in responding to such disputes, you shall fully indemnify the Company for such losses.
